Booking Terms of Service
1. Who we are
pTinksOS is booking software run by AI Ops Foundry. Each business that uses pTinksOS (for example, a salon, barbershop, contractor or golf instructor) sets its own services, prices, hours and policies. When you book, your appointment is with that business, not with AI Ops Foundry.
2. Your account
- Most businesses ask you to create an account to book online. Some also let you book as a guest, without an account, after you confirm your email with a one-time code. Either way, use your real name, an email address you control and a phone number where the business can reach you.
- We confirm your email with a one-time code. Keep your password private. You are responsible for bookings made from your account.
- For your security we sign you out after 30 minutes without activity. You can sign out on every device from your account details.
- Earlier bookings made with your email are added to your account only after you confirm that email with a code.
3. Bookings, changes and cancellations
- A booking is a request for a time with the business. Some businesses confirm automatically; others confirm by hand.
- Each business sets its own cancellation, late-arrival, no-show and deposit policies. They are shown before you confirm.
- You can reschedule or cancel from My appointments up to the business's cut-off time, or by contacting the business.
- Prices shown online are estimates set by the business. You pay the business directly unless it tells you otherwise.
- Group lessons and classes have limited spots. A spot is held only once your booking is confirmed.
4. Messages
The business may email you about your appointment, such as confirmations, reminders and changes. Marketing messages are sent only if you opt in, and you can turn them off at any time in your account details.
Text message reminders. If you tick "Text me a reminder" when you book, we send one reminder text for that appointment, on behalf of the business, to the mobile number you gave. Texts are sent between 8 AM and 9 PM in the business's time zone. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop reminder texts, or HELP for help; you can also turn them off from your account details or your booking link. Agreeing to texts is never required to book. We don't use your number for marketing texts, and we don't sell or share mobile numbers or text consent with third parties for their marketing. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Videos and AI-generated content
Some booking pages show preview videos. Videos labelled "AI-generated demonstration" use fictional people and are for illustration only. They are not recordings of a real lesson, instructor or result.
6. Acceptable use
Please don't make fake or duplicate bookings, try to access other people's information or interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
7. Your information
How we handle personal information is described in the AI Ops Foundry Privacy Policy. You can delete your account at any time from your account details. The business may keep its own records of past appointments as required for its operations.
8. Limits
We work to keep pTinksOS available and accurate, but we can't guarantee it will always be uninterrupted. The business is responsible for the services it provides.
